Il mio amico Nanuk is a thrilling adventure set in the boundless, beautiful but hostile lands of the Canadian Arctic. The protagonists are Luke, a 14-year-old boy and Nanuk, a polar bear cub. The young Luke faces up to the dangers of the natural elements to take the cub back to its mother. He is helped in this quest by Muktuk, an Inuit guide he meets in that unfriendly environment.
