A tale of friendship and love inspired by the Giarre homicide involving a young homosexual couple.
June 1982, in a hot Sicily quivering for the Italian national football team at the World Cup, two teenagers, Gianni and Nino, collide on their respective mopeds along a country road. The clash gives rise to a deep friendship but also to something more, which is frowned upon by the families and the boys of the village.
