The programme, which is divided in three sections – I pilastri della sana alimentazione, La nutrigenomica, Alimentazione e movimento (The pillars of a good diet, Nutrigenomics, Diet and exercise) – is mainly targeted towards primary-, lower-secondary- and upper-secondary-school students (1st and 2nd year). The educational project aims at explaining how the food that we eat interacts with our cells and DNA and how our food choices can influence our health.
The visit, which will last 90 minutes, is curated by the science communicators of the Fondazione Veronesi foundation and is supported by didactic material.
