The final event of the campaign launched by WWF Italy and Chef Rubio arrives in the museum’s courtyard
Chef Rubio, during this evening event compered byCamila Raznovich, will present the final video of the campaign that he has delivered and produced during a recent trip through the Dzanga-Sangha Special Reserve in the Central African Republic, the location for one of WWF’s many worldwide conservation and species protection projects. The artists Giancane, Mezzosangue, Alessandro Pieravanti and Rancore will also participate in the event, taking turns on the stage to deliver music and spoken word performances.
The Dzanga-Sangha Reserve, covering more than 3,000 square kilometres, protects 2215 gorillas. In 2017, WWF’s anti-poaching activity facilitated the removal of more than 30,000 traps from the area and seized more than 2,700 munitions and 189 weapons.
This event is part of the campaign “I stand with nature – #Savegorillas”, which is defending one of the planet’s most charismatic species, the gorilla, still under attack from poachers.
