34 hours non-stop and a mix of skills to fill museums with innovative energy.
The third edition of the Museum Booster HACK arrives in L’Aquila on 19 and 20 October; the hackathon is addressed to developers, programmers, designers, makers, communication and marketing experts, copywriters, data analysts, art directors, to create ideas and services that know how to reinvent and improve the museum experience.
After two years of exciting challenges, such as the creation of solutions that could redesign the experience of visiting a museum, or completely innovative, such as the application of the blockchain technology to the world of culture, this year’s theme is very topical: gaming.
The three winning teams will receive a cash award and the first classified theme will have the chance to test their project at MAXXI.
The event is part of the Museum Booster program through which MAXXI has supported and hosted since 2017, experimentally, original and innovative projects that use digital languages to envisage the museums of the future.
