Louise Bourgeois was a visionary and iconic artist who profoundly influenced 20th-century art through her research.
The meeting is dedicated to the most recent strands of study on Louise Bourgeois’s figure. It starts with a conversation between art historian Carla Subrizi and curator Ulf Küster, who is working on a major exhibition dedicated to the artist that will open in 2027 at the Beyeler Foundation in Basel.
Maria Nadotti, journalist, translator, and essayist, author of Prove d’ascolto. Incontri e visioni, joins the dialogue. The collection includes the interview conducted during a meeting with Louise Bourgeois in March 1993.
