Philosophical practice is a group meditation that does not require philosophical knowledge but only curiosity, willingness to talk about yourself, desire to become aware of the philosophical value of everyday life and to come into contact with other sensitivities. MAXXI proposes three meetings on spirituality to investigate through the dialogue on the intersection between the visible and the invisible, between the expressible and the inexpressible, between what we feel and what we think.
About the Mandala
The second meeting of philosophical practices is dedicated to the syncretic and contaminating dimension of spirituality. We will talk about it around the Mandala, Kimsooja’s work on exhibit. It brings together sacred and profane, east and west, visual and sound suggestions, in a kaleidoscope that catches and immerses in a very multifaceted dimension of the spiritual.
