Critical Tuesdays with Fabio Sargentini
MAXXI B.A.S.E. – Graziella Lonardi Buontempo Hall – admittance free
An encounter exploring the diverse facts of the cultural figure of Fabio Sargentini: from the writer to the man of the theatre, all contributing to a fully rounded presentation of his original individuality.
Gallerist, writer, theatrical director and actor, since 1957, the year of the founding of the Galleria L’Attico in Piazza di Spagna, Fabio Sargentini has helped launch the Informal and Surrealism in Italy. Subsequently, he has conducted artistic research on the confines between idioms giving an open, ductile, “theatrical” and performative meaning to the exhibition space, a space understood as language and work.
