She holds a degree in Archaeology (University of Rome, IT) and the MA in Museum Studies (University of Leicester, UK).
She is president of ECCOM (European Centre for Cultural Organisation and Management), an organisation founded in 1995 which carries out research projects at a national and international level on the issue of the social role of culture and of the impact of lifelong learning processes within the cultural sector. She has been involved in several EU funded projects and studies and she took part in the “Study on Audience Development” funded by the DG Culture and Education of the European Commission.
She lectures in many post-graduate courses and Masters and is member of the board of directors of Culture Action Europe and Teatro di Roma.
Elisabetta holds a degree in Natural Sciences Sapienza University of Rome.

She is vice-president of ECCOM association, member of ItaliaCamp Foundation and Member of the Board of Directors of the Special Company Palaexpo.

She is director of Interarts (Barcellona, Spain), a non-governmental organization specialized in culture and cooperation for development. Head of Education at MAXXI
Marta Morelli is an art historian and a heritage educator. She obtained the Master of Arts in Learning and Visitor Studies in Museums and Galleries at School of Museum Studies of University of Leicester. She runs the Education Office at MAXXI – National Museum of 21st Century Arts (Rome) where she’s been working since 2005. She was a member of the Scientific Committee of Ludantia. I International Biennial on Architecture Education for Children and Youngsters (Pontevedra, Spain). She created Reading the Space. International Conference on Education through Architecture (first edition January 2019, second edition March 2021). Her research focuses on social inclusion, participatory planning and education through the built environment.
Movie director. He is co-director of the “Compagna Teatro dell’Argine” and Director of the ITC Theater, a 220-seat hall just outside Bologna. With over 30,000 spectators a year, more than 300 opening days, over 5,000 members of the laboratories and a network of institutional and private partners with more than 200 subjects, the company and the theater have become a benchmark in the field national and international not only artistically but also in the conception and implementation of projects related to intercultural, social and active citizenship issues.
Director of CKI – the Danish Centre for Arts & Interculture in Copenhagen. The centre is a competence centre on interculture, audience development and cultural democracy. Niels has a broad background and experience from more than 25 years in the arts field. He has worked as Artistic Director, Managing Director, Producer and Curator, Head of Information, Cultural Political Developer and Political Advisor within a variety of cultural institutions and organizations over the years, among others, as Managing and Artistic Director of the Dunkers Arts Centre in Helsingborg, Sweden, as Chief Curator and producer for Møstings Hus & Byggeriets Hus, Copenhagen and as co-founder of the intercultural magazine and communication bureau Cultures. At present Niels is a board member of among others Culture Action Europe (Brussels), Inkonst Theatre (Malmö, Sweden), the theatre Teatergrad in Copenhagen and the Audience Europe Network (Rotterdam). Niels and CKI is one of the partners in the large scale Erasmus+ project CONNECT and the large scale Creative Europe project ADESTE+.
