A brief exploration of the history of musical experimentation: Ascolti is a dual performance devoted to electronic music and featuring the talented students of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Electronic Music and Sound Design, organized by the Professional University School of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI), in a programme comprising It’s Gonna Rain (Parts I and II), Come Out and Pendulum Music, celebrated tracks by the one of the key figures in the field, Steve Reich, alternating with original electroacoustic compositions executed by selected students from the 2012 course.
