Contemporary living and the principles of Studio Fuksas between talks and live performance.
Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas deal with the theme of contemporary living in relation to Studio Fuksas’ main projects, focusing in particular on their relationship with the territory and the places of everyday life such as airports, offices, and shopping centres.
This is followed by a live performance through which the architects re-interpret in an artistic key some ceramic slabs from the Scratch collection designed by Studio Fuksas for the Italcer Group and recently presented at Cersaie and the 2019 Milan Design Week.
Studio Fuksas, driven by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, is an international architecture, urban planning, and design practice. In its fifty years of business, it has developed a design method based on the interaction between different disciplines to answer to contemporary architectural and urban planning issues. With offices in Rome, Paris, Shenzhen, and Dubai, the practice is currently working on more than 600 projects that include urban interventions, airports, museums, cultural places, music spaces, convention centres, offices, interior design, and design collections. The Studio has developed projects in Europe, Africa, America, Asia, and Australia, and has received numerous international awards.
