MAXXI with the FamilyEnvironments to explore!
A journey between literature and cinema to rediscover two extraordinary characters, leading figures in unforgettable jokes and sequences.
Antonio Monda, professor at New York University and author of the recent book Close Encounters, guides us to the rediscovery of two extraordinary films, both based on literary works, which have gone down in history for unforgettable lines and sequences. But before anything else, The Godfather and The Leopard immortalise two patriarchs in the autumn of their existence in a rapidly changing world.
