The Foundation processes the personal data of users and visitors fairly, lawfully and transparently, respecting the interests, rights and fundamental freedoms of all data subjects in accordance with EU Regulation No 2016/679, the so-called Privacy Code and other relevant legislation.
Data subjects may exercise the rights recognised under Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation No 2016/679 (access, portability, rectification, restriction, erasure, objection) in accordance with the procedures laid down by current legislation and the Foundation’s internal regulations.
