At this particular moment in history, the artist’s aim is to reconvert everyday practices and establish new modes of production that are sustainable for the environment.
A complex project in which biology, botany and natural sciences meet the multiple languages of the artistic disciplines, curated by Lori Adragna and realised thanks to the support of the project Italian Council of the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture.
The book, which takes its title from the project, analyses the themes dear to the artist and sees the contribution of a number of philosophers, scientists and art historians, some of whom will be speaking at MAXXI to present the book online and on-site.
The video – in French – offers an insight into the artist’s long-term research, focusing principally on the ongoing collaborations between Egle Oddo and various institutions and partners in Tunisia where the project is continuing to develop.
