15 years of MAXXIThe Large Glassfree guided tour
How is the memory of an artistic experience transmitted? The meeting analyses and reflects on the curatorial, installation and conservation complexity of an action.
Senza Titolo (Nabucco) was first presented in 1970 in Rome on the occasion of the exhibition Vitalità del negativo nell’arte italiana 1960/70 promoted by the Incontri internazionali d’arte and curated by Achille Bonito Oliva at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni. The piano, set up in an empty hall, was played by pianist Frederic Rzewski of the group MEV-Musica elettronica viva, whose reproductions of great Italian photographers remain with us at that time.
