“I want to recount the contemporary through the stories of the humble”. This is how Ascanio Celestini, the well-known voice of narrative theatre in Italy, is approaching his appointment with the ContemporaneaMente series. Talking with Piero Dorfles, the journalist and literary critic, Celestini picks up the uninterrupted discussion of the stories of the displaced, of those who “do not have power”.

ContemporaneaMente is a MAXXI project realised in partnership with Euro Forum Comunicazione and with the support of Gruppo Ars Medica and Poste Italiane.
