A preview of the work that will engage the public in discovering gastronomic culture.

As part of the 1+1. The Relational Years exhibition, curated by Nicolas Bourriaud, the Museum presents Britto Arts Trust’s work Pakghor & Palan at the MULTI Festival by Slow Food Roma. Pakghor is a bamboo social kitchen designed as a shared space; Palan is a seasonal urban garden cultivated in MAXXI’s piazza.

MULTI is a journey through the cultures and cuisines that bring us together — a new festival where food, drawn from a thousand different traditions, and the arts meet for four days of celebration — from 25 to 28 September — in Rome’s most multicultural square.

In collaboration with Slow Food Roma.
