Talks and videos in collaboration with MiCue Milano Design – Milano Design Film Festival
Three talks with video screenings
on design and architecture, with exceptional guests
from the two creative universes
In the second event, Carlo Castiglioni introduces the documentary Achille Castiglioni. International Design Conference in Aspen.
In 1989, Achille Castiglioni gave a lecture during the International Design Conference at Aspen, an event that brought together in the Colorado town the entrepreneurs and leading figures in the fields of the graphic arts, industrial design and architecture. What we see in the 28 minutes of the video, however, is anything but a lecture in the traditional sense of the term.
The Castiglioni documentary is followed by Great Expectations. A journey through the history of visionary architecture a documentary by Jesper Wachtmeister: an exploration of existing buildings and projects that have remained on paper in order to see how much future there is our present.
