The journey, the myth, the landscape.

The evocative spaces of Palazzo Ciampoli host La Bella Terra, an important solo exhibition by Isabella Ducrot, an internationally recognised Italian artist.

The exhibition, born from a project by Taobuk SeeSicily and the MAXXI, in collaboration with the Parco Archeologico Naxos Taormina, presents 35 works that recount in a poetic, delicate and at the same time powerful manner the themes of the journey, the landscape, the myth and its importance for the future, with a vision that emphasises the beauty of life and the natural essence of things.

The themes and lines present in the artist’s creative research thus reinforce MAXXI and Taobuk’s gaze on the Mediterranean and the opportunity to contribute to the festival’s literature, art and thought programme with an artist who sublimely combines visual art and words.
