Six Ananda yoga lessons
introducing “meditation in movement”
From 16 April to 18 June yoga returns to MAXXI with a series of six Saturday morning lessons.
The exceptional two teachers Riccardo Serventi Longhi and Sabrina Arathi Giannò will introduce the participants to Ananda Yoga, rediscovering the harmony between mind and body.
We’ll be waiting for you with your mats!
Ananda yoga brings the science of Hatha you back to its original purpose, that of increasing self-awareness through the reawakening and the harmony of internal energies: a form of “meditation in movement”.
Riccardo Serventi Longhi, teacher of Ananda Hatha Yoga, developed by the Indian master Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiografia di uno Yogi and by his direct disciple Swami Kriyananda.
Sabrina Arathi Giannò, teacher of Ananda Yoga, Shiatsu therapist. Author of the book Il piccolo Yogi, a manual for teaching yoga to children through play.
