This documentary alternates archive images with contributions from many protagonists of the Venice Biennale, covering 50 decisive years (from 1928 to 1978) in the history of the visual arts. Among others: Marina Abramovic, Francesco Clemente, Achille Bonito Oliva, Germano Celant, Luigi Ontani, Francesco Bonami and Michelangelo Pistoletto and with the amicable participation of George Clooney.
