Prototypes of 45 m2 houses based on the winning projects from Eco Luoghi 2011 will be on show in MAXXI’s outdoor areas.
The winning architects – five in the Junior category (under 35) and five Seniors – along with the firms that have realised the prototypes, will receive from the Ministry of the Environment, which with Mecenate 90 has promoted the competition, the Eco_Luoghi 2011 label in recognition of the architectural quality of the designs and the eco-compatibility of the features adopted in terms of energy saving and interaction with the landscape.
Seminars and conferences dealing with the issues of contemporary architecture, the landscape and innovations in the field of energy will be held during the course of the exhibition.
