In an Italian preview at MAXXI the programme Living Architectures Marathon presents the complete series of films Living Architectures by Ila Bêka and Louise Lemoine. KOOLHAAS HOUSELIFE
Film screening. Introduced by Luca Garofalo
Defined by the New York Times as a “cult architecture film”, Koolhaas Houselife lets us into the intimate daily routine of one of the most representative pieces of architecture of recent years, the Bordeaux House by the Dutch studio Rem Koolhaas/OMA. The film reveals the most hidden aspects of this legendary home, thanks to the stories of the maid and the other staff populating the house. The work was presented on the occasion of the 11th International Exhibition of Architecture of the Venice Biennale and in the most important museums around the world.
Forthcoming screenings:
Wednesday 11 September | GEHRY’S VERTIGO
Wednesday 18 September | INSIDE PIANO
The event is part of YAP MAXXI 2013 – Summer Programme
