The first monography dedicated to two ground-breaking exponents of the Roman architectural world of the 20th century.
The event retraces the professional activity of the two architects, who cannot be classified as exponents of Rationalism and the 20th century, and includes the presentation of the volume by Paolo Melis Vincenzo Monaco, Amedeo Luccichenti. Opera completa, published by Mondadori Electa for the “Architettura e architetti moderni” collection.
Monaco e Luccichenti, who worked in Rome in the late ‘30s and developed an unmistakable style as well as an exemplary architectural production, contributed to affirming the identity and vitality of Italian architecture in the years of the reconstruction as well as the economic and industrial boom of Italy.
