Fuksas, Massimiliano

 

One of the best known contemporary architects, Fuksas owes his fame to an extremely refined design talent that since the 1970s has allowed him to work on an international level. From 1998 to 2000 he was director of the “VII Venice International Exhibition of Architecture”: “Less Aesthetics, More Ethics”.
His built works include: the Peres Peace House, Jaffa, Tel Aviv, Israel, 1999-2009; San Paolo Church, Foligno, Italy, 2001-2009; Armani Fifth Avenue, NYC, USA, 2007-2009; the Zenith Music Hall, Strasburg, France, 2003-2008; the New Milan Trade Fair Grounds, Italy, 2002-2005; the Ferrari Management and Research Centre, Maranello, Modena, Italia, 2001-2004; the Twin Towers, Vienna, Austria, 1995-2001.
His current projects include: The new national archives at Pierrefitte sur Seine-Saint Denis, Paris, France, 2005-2012; the Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Terminal 3, Shenzhen, China, 2008-2012/2015; the new EUR Conference Centre, Rome, Italy, 1998-2012.
