Achille Bonito Oliva is an art critic and teaches the history of contemporary art at La Sapienza University’s faculty of architecture. He is the cultural curator of the Incontri internazionali d’arte and an arts consultant for the Orestiadi Foundation of Gibellina. He has curated numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Minimalia (1997), Gino de Dominicis. The Immortal (2010), and he was the general curator of the 45th edition of the Venice Biennale (1993). His publications include L’Ideologia del traditore, Milan, 1976, and he edited the catalogue Gino de Dominicis. L’Immortale, Milan, 2010.
