MAXXI Auditorium – free entry until full capacity
What is Bruno Zevi’s legacy to critical reflection on architecture, nationally and internationally? What is his impact on writing? What has he bequeathed to the history of ideas? Discussing these questions with Luigi Prestinenza Puglisi will be William J. R. Curtis, a well-known and award-winning British architectural historian who teaches in numerous universities around the world, including Harvard and Cambridge, in a conversation that retraces the human and professional milestones tying his thought to Zevi’s work.
Starting from the autobiography Zevi su Zevi, an ironic and polemical journal by an intellectual adventurer, this event will allow Curtis’ and Zevi’s views, often divergent, to go head to head and to be enriched by doing so.
