The overview of works by the most interesting architects that MAXXI has been carrying out since its first year of activity with the Nature project continues with an invitation to Maria Giuseppina Grasso Cannizzo.

Nature is a “layered” project that asks the invited authors to express the state and essential contents of their work using an installation. It forces them to confront the equally authorial space designed by Zaha Hadid, it challenges them to face the most typical artistic way of occupying space: the site-specific installation.

Grasso Cannizzo, a Sicilian architect and author of a series of spectacular residential projects in Sicily, already present at MAXXI with the successful production of the exhibition Bellissima, is the perfect guest for Nature. She possesses the ability to move with rigour and freedom between spatial invention and technical expertise, transforming the relationship with the client into an anthropological experience that directly nourishes architecture.
