From the Etruscan walls to street art, Montanari gives voice to contemporary paintings, sculptures and graffiti.

The one-hour class of art, which many would like to cancel from school programs, should instead be the most important of all because it helps us become citizens, have fun, and move ourselves. It helps us learn an alphabet of knowledge and emotions which we need to live in our world while remaining human.

From the walls of the Etruscans to contemporary writers, passing by Michelangelo, Raphael, Velázquez and Goya, Tomaso Montanari gives voice to paintings, sculptures and graffiti and tells us about the fundamental civil role that, today more than ever, beauty is called to play.
