During the week of 25 November, dedicated to the elimination of violence against women, the PARI. Association is organising an event in collaboration with the Cecchettin Foundation to recognise the forms that gender-based violence can take in the workplace and to reflect on the ways in which we can prevent and combat it, both as companies and as individuals.

The morning session will feature speakers from the worlds of business and culture, who will address the issue through data, testimonials and practical tools. The aim is to understand a phenomenon that requires not only effective policies and legal regulations, but also a profound cultural change that affects everyone. The programme includes in-depth discussions on company policies, theatrical monologues and talks by experts on different forms of gender-based violence inside and outside the workplace.
