Guido Reni Foyer – admittance free while places available
For the third consecutive year MAXXI is hosting events associated with Summer Mela (from 15 to 30 June 2015), the festival promoted by the FIND Foundation India Europe New Dialogues dedicated to Indian culture.
A talk about Indian contemporary art
The second event will feature the artists Anju Dodiya, whose art is characterised by a sophisticated symbolism deriving from the most diverse influences that range from the Italian Renaissance to medieval French tapestries, and Atul Dodiya who with his paintings and assemblages, traverse themes from politics and the history of art, linking the historical memory and personal experiences.
