An in-depth course for teachers in a tenured position

48 hours to provide teaching methodologies and strategies and turning cultural heritage, and specifically the museum, into a permanent teaching resource that enables the development of skills, intercultural dialogue and social inclusion.
Through tutor-led lessons and workshop the course aims at generating an exchange of knowledge and competencies amongst school professionals and cultural institutions; to promote new informal teaching approaches and methodologies and their implementation within the learning context of a school audience.

WHEN?
The training course will take place at the MAXXI museum between January and February 2019:
Friday 18th and 25th January and 1st and 8th February from 9.30 to 5.30 pm
Saturday 19th and 26th January and 2nd and 9th February from 9.30 to 1.30 pm

WHO IS IT FOR?
The course is aimed at teachers in a tenured position at schools of every level and grade.
The course will run with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 participants

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost for a single participant is € 350 (any travel, accommodation and food costs will be borne by participants)
In order to join the course, teachers will have to use the teacher’s card.

REGISTRATION
To register and take part in the training course, please fill in the form before 12.00 on the 8th January 2019.
The museum will communicate the name of the participants by the 9 Janauary 2019.
The registration fee will need to be paid before the 11 January 2019.
