10th Day of the Contemporary

This year too MAXXI is participating in the Day of the Contemporary organized by AMACI and now in its 10th editioin.

Saturday 11 October free museum entrance from 11.00 to 22.00
– last entrance at 21.00 – and numerous events throughout the day, all free.
A performance with live music, a special project by the library and the archives centre, a workshop for families, two seminars and a party on the museum piazza!

The artist Malik Nejmi together with the musician Mathieu Gaborit (aka Avato) presents 4160 live concert a musical performance associated with the work by Nejmi 4160 exhibited together with Citizens Band by Angelica Mesiti within the ambit of the exhibition Immigrant Songs. After the performance the artists will be happy to meet the public.
