Follwing the success of the first edition, CINEMA AT MAXXI returns in a collaboration between the Fondazione Cinema per Roma and MAXXI with an even richer programme.
Wednesdays are for EXTRA, headline film previews, Saturdays are for CLASSIC, two classic films at 18.00 and 21.00 with an aperitif at a special price, Sundays are for FAMILY, films – with a snack – for children, while for four Mondays there will be a course of “critical” training and exercise for dedicated film fans.

Major films and documentaries, the most eagerly awaited previews from the most important distributors, frequently in the original language with subtitles. Festival-standard quality programming with new and previously unseen films.

CLASSIC

In collaboration with Istituto Luce Cinecittà, a double header (at 18.00 and 21.00) with great films and leading players. Masterpieces reinterpreted with care and attention thanks to conversations with the directors and the 100autori.
