A lecture by the celebrated architect organized on the occasion of the Forum AAA/Italy
Mario Botta, the celebrated Swiss architect, is responsible for projects and built works throughout the world. He conceived and founded the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture where he is currently building the Theatre of Architecture, a place as the name suggests entirely dedicated to events, exhibitions and meetings relating to the architectural disciplines.
This work and his most recent projects are the focus of the talk organized by MAXXI and AAA/Italy – the Association of Architectural Archives – on the occasion of Forum AAA/Italy_18 years. A trip in the archives of the contemporary architecture.
Introduced by
Margherita Guccione Director MAXXI Architecture and President AAA/Italy
